About the role
As an Automation Engineer with us, you will play a key role in establishing and developing our automation business. You will be responsible for the company’s development, design and commissioning of control systems across our entire operation.
Your main responsibilities:
  • Establish and develop the company’s automation department
  • Lead and participate in projects relating to the development, design and commissioning of control systems
  • Package the automation product for Incendium’s customers
  • Maintain close dialogue with suppliers of control and regulation equipment
  • Be responsible for technical solutions and standards within automation. Create Incendium’s automation standard
  • Develop effective working methods and processes
  • Be responsible for the department’s budget and results
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Several years’ experience as an automation engineer or equivalent
  • Experience of working with and delivering control system solutions
  • The ability to drive projects from start to finish
It would be an advantage if you have experience of:
  • Electrical design (e.g. control cabinets and circuit diagrams)
  • HMI panels and operator interfaces
  • Detection systems
  • PLC programming
